Today I made Veppilaikkatti. It's a South Indian savoury
side dish, somewhat similar to behuwa (Assamese dish). But it has a hot and tangy taste
to it. It goes well with curd rice or rice dal. I made it without the red
chilli on request. Contact me for the recipe. The basic ingredient of this dish is lemon/lime leaves.
Writing makes me feel good. Whenever I need to talk, I write. It is like a therapy for me that puts me back on track with more enthusiasm.
